2021 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity

The Cen­ter for Child Well-be­ing and De­vel­op­ment won two li­ons at the 2021 Cannes Li­ons In­ter­na­tion­al Fes­ti­val of Cre­ativ­i­ty. One gold and one bronze in the cat­e­go­ry of Sus­tain­able De­vel­op­ment Goals, both for the an­i­ma­tion “The Com­mit­ment”, an in­cred­i­ble work by VMLY&R Brazil, which tells the sto­ry of our re­search project on Harm­ful Prac­tices against Girls in Malawi, that seeks to re­place a tra­di­tion that is harm­ful to girls with one that con­tributes to the com­mu­ni­ty.
